For 29 years, the Keyesville Classic has drawn casual riders, pro mountain bike racers and their friends and families to participate in a fun-filled weekend of bike-related events and activities. From the entertaining Vintage class and trials events to the highly challenging All-Mountain Stage Race where riders tackle the Cross-Country, Short Track and Super D courses all on the same bike, the Keyesville Classic has something for everyone, riders and spectators alike.

SAMBARN is the evolution of our love of putting on events for the sport and Sam’s current stable of bike races around Bakersfield. We enjoy putting on competitive events for first-timers to seasoned pros. Sam Ames and Keith Barnden of SamBarn Promotions, have over 25 years in cycling and endurance sport and have worked for the last 6 years to establish a series of quality cycling events.

Food and Beverages

The Gear Grinder Grill will be in full effect all weekend serving up breakfast burritos, awesome lunches and drinks Saturday and Sunday. Saturday night, we present The 4th Annual “Super Dave” Filet Mignon dinner. Hand cut, grilled filets, Italian salad and parmesan bread, assorted desserts and fine red wine as we dine in the pines! In addition, we will have for sale the commemorative Kern River Brewing SOLO Cup which includes 2 pours of their excellent ale.

Raffle

The Keyesville raffle is awesome! You will receive 2 raffle tickets with their entry. Tickets are for sale at registration both days. For riders ONLY, they earned it, let em’ have a chance to win! The raffle will start at approximately 3:45pm SUNDAY. Lots of cool stuff to give away!
